BPRK’s existing website had grown outdated, both in design and functionality. Key information like timetables was uploaded as JPEGs, which became too small to view on mobile and were difficult to update. Pages with important curriculum programmes details were presented in long blocks of text with no internal navigation, making it hard for users scroll and to find what they were looking for.

The site also lacked a clear flow. Parents arriving with specific goals like checking calendar, programme details, understanding the enrolment steps, or viewing the latest updates, often had no visual guide to help them navigate. As the site expanded with more content, this lack of structure became a bigger issue.

The client wanted something simple and clean, but still needed to portray their brand personality. Our goal was to create a site that felt bright and approachable, while remaining highly functional for information delivery. We kept the layout structured and accessible by introducing features such as tabs, navigation sidebars, etc. We then brought it to life using their vibrant brand colours and photos that reflect the school’s cheerful energy.

The end result is a design that feels modern yet familiar—trustworthy for parents, and lively enough to reflect a child-first environment.

We focused on UX to make the site more user friendly, functional, easier to manage, and clearer for parents to navigate.

We replaced static JPEG timetables with a fully responsive, editable timetable that works across devices and is easy for the school staff to update. Content-heavy pages were restructured with on-page navigation, allowing parents to quickly jump to key sections.

The overall site architecture and contents was reimagined too, from establishing clear Call to Action points, and improving the flow of contents within the page. Now, everything from curriculum info to enrolment steps can be accessed in just a few clicks. Behind the scenes, BPRK’s team can also manage the site more easily, without needing technical support.
